If you are a US citizen or a Lawful Permanent and would like a family member to reside in the United States, we are able to help.  The law provides different processes depending on if your family member is residing in the United States or abroad. If your family member is residing in the United States, they may be eligible to file for Adjustment of status (also known as applying for a Green Card). This means that you may get a Green Card without having to return to your home country to complete visa processing. If your family member is outside of the United States, he/she must obtain their visa abroad through consular processing.
